Basically, do you have any sort of habit that you do that makes the host uncomfortable except you're able to do it without any discomfort in the body. I think.
First, just if there are habitual differences to how the body is used, second if those habitual differences could potentially cause discomfort. Just curiosity, so it's more like just asking if there are behavioral differences at all, what they would be if there are, and how the feeling is when such differences are expressed.

It's just that specifically uncomfortable feelings would be most likely remembered, but if there's anything else I'm also curious about it. It doesn't have to be a habit or a tic, but those are strong examples of behavioral differences.
Have you noticed things like differences in gait? Subconscious things like frequency by which your hands touch your face, your arms fold, things of that nature?
I tend to be a bit more soft spoken and the voice isn't as intense as my host's. I tend to start cleaning the room out of habit and speak a little bit slower.
Like, if you touch something, is there a difference in what finger is used? When the sun needs to be blocked by a hand to see properly, do you use the back or front of your hand to face you? There's a lot of differences there can be, potentially, but also they can probably go unnoticed.
I switch and possess often. Posession is an everday occurrance, but those traits come out only when I'm switches as I'm in control of the body. Mhm, I tend to lean more toward the left hand sometimes. I tend to bite the hands a bit more as it's something I do, as well as bite the lips.
@Jas Ah. I haven't been in a situation for things such as blocking the sun with my hand. I typically move something else in the way as I want to continue using my hands.
12:26 AM
I haven't paid attention specifically to how I touch things.

I do know, however, that I act in a manner differently enough that it is quite clear who is speaking or moving.
[Oh, Harlo def messes with our hair more, namely brushing our bangs aside. I shake my leg more. We sit differently, I think I sit in a more "male" way and her more feminine for sure. Harley also has a habit of clench our mouth shut very hard. I chew on our nails much more. Harley types softer, where I pound the keys to oblivion. Harley also def has better posture, sitting up straighter with the shoulders up, where as I slouch.] @Jas
When you guys think thoughts at your tulpa, verbal or otherwise, do you always direct your thoughts towards them, or let your thoughts naturally float around? Or does it depend?
yeah I'm not really sure what thinking at them means although I'll usually say her name before starting and then continue to visualize her or be listening carefully for a reaction although sometimes she does comment on something I'm thinking without me having been thinking about her at the time
the whole direction of thoughts and moving thoughts around in your head confuses me I get moving around in the wonderland but I don't understand the whole flow of thoughts having direction or stuff like that
yeah I guess, I don't know maybe I have the ability and just don't realize I'm doing it although Allun seems to have a more concrete understanding of the idea
3:29 AM
during possession she's said that she found the area that stored the memories with muscle memory on our like 5th day of trying I think now she can use it and posses fine although we can't switch as I'm not capable of leaving the front
She seems to already have access to my memories despite that supposedly not always being a given, so most of the time she knows what I think and I know what she thinks
yeah the thinking at them seems like a weird concept my best guess is it's just making sure they're hearing the thoughts you're trying to share with them
yeah it just made it sound almost like your physically dictating the path of neurons your thoughts should take to get to the tulpa which didn't make sense
@Ruethus the Silver Sorceror "sparse" communication is a lot considering our current frequency of communication. Barring any significant events, it may never occur.
I think that would be the default of intrasystem communication. I know only some others don't do things that way, but those others seem to also have a lot of other strange rules in place for intrasystem relations.
I only speak of strange rules in the sense that they legitimately harm the system rather than keep it healthy.
6:08 AM
If one does prefer to speak in English purely with their tulpa, somehow keeping thoughts and memory veiled, I do not think that is bad until there is significant animosity between systemmates.
6:10 AM
Animosity breeds where understanding is scarce. Understanding can form completely from knowing someone's thoughts and intentions and specifically why they are the way they are. It helps a great deal, at least.
6:12 AM
It also helps because sometimes motivation and reason can be potentially generated from incomplete information and even fabricated out of subconscious intrusion. When more is above board, less is left for the chaotic whims of the subconscious.
can anyone here visualise 24/7? step one on JDs guide for visual imposition says to basically visualize 24/7 until it becomes an unconscious thought routine that plays out all the time.
6:16 AM
I would venture to say AJ has been visualized for about 60-70% of my day, anything outside of that was due to mental strain of some kind
well, I don't really know JD but fwiw I'm just gonna say: visualization definitely is something that gets better with practice, so just do what you can (don't literally aim for 24/7 though, there are those who have actually deprived themselves of sleep for such purposes and it's not really worth)
